I don’t know his name, don’t even know if he has one. But this little guy sure is friendly. From his reactions, I don’t think he liked it at the shelter much either. Although I only had him a short time during the transport, he let it be known that he wanted your attention. When brought into the first room at the boarding kennel, he squatted down, like he had never seen a tile floor before, tells me he had not spent much time indoors at his previous address. Well from now on he will, as a very good rescue has him in their sights and it will be a new beginning for this sweetheart.
So Few Choices
Today I picked up Chaz from the Santa Paula shelter for her vet appointment to try and find out what her physical issues are then maybe correct them. As it turns out there is no surgical fix for her so it comes down to finding someone to live with her problem, or they will have to put her down for medical reasons. So sad and she is such a love bug. Her issue is that she can’t control her bowel movement and it just goes and goes, then she shakes her butt and it goes everywhere within 10 ft of her. She was born with the spinal cord pinched at the butt, so has no control. A very tough case. They are working on it, not sure how this will turn out, so sad.
