Animal Transport

While we stopped documenting the stories of our transports in 2016, we continue to work directly with rescue organizations in getting animals out of high-kill shelters.

Meet Emma

November 14, 2015 by Animal Resources

Today I pulled Emma from the shelter; her sister was adopted yesterday, so she was very lonely. She is bright, energetic and full of life. She’s not leash trained by any stretch, but she does listen to you, somewhat; as with all young dogs she just wanted to go and go. After her vet checks next week she will be ready to go to training, and then we will find her that forever home that she is looking for, and she will find.

Meet Larry And Stewart

November 7, 2015 by Animal Resources

I pulled one very spoiled Dobie from a shelter today, who we named Larry. He’s full of energy and has not a care in the world, he just buzzes about on max overdrive. Definitely high energy. He is going to a Dobie rescue and it will all work out. Now Stewart, on the other hand, is a little laid back. He takes things slow and easy then proceeds to do what he wants. Both are fine dogs and it shouldn’t be hard to place either of these guys. Next week they will start there vet checks and then into training before going north. I wanted to include Stewart’s shelter photo to compare with the one taken today. Remarkable difference!
