Animal Transport

While we stopped documenting the stories of our transports in 2016, we continue to work directly with rescue organizations in getting animals out of high-kill shelters.

On Their Way

June 6, 2015 by Animal Resources

Today I pulled 13 cuties that really didn’t have much of a chance from a shelter out in the desert. Well they do now. On Monday they will be vetted and made ready for their trip north and hopefully their new families are waiting for them when they get there. If not, I bet they won’t have to wait very long. Of course some have waited long enough already, but that is about to change. Have patience little ones.

The Dirty Dozen, Again

May 28, 2015 by Animal Resources

I pulled these 12 from a shelter out in the high desert that has been a bit overcrowded and was begging for someone to come and help. It took a while with the holiday and all, but we did line up rescues for these 12; we took them off their hands today and for that I am sure they will be grateful. I know the dogs will be too. Now they are at the vets, hopefully all is well, then tomorrow they will be off to the northwest where I know homes are waiting for one and all. But they need to get thru the vets first.
